Refund Policy

Though the application fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person, it can be reactivated for you (within a time-frame of 12 months).
The resignation of any applicant must be submitted in writing and received by Steinlein Productions via mail or fax. The date of receipt of an applicant’s resignation will determine the amount owed to SP. In the event the applicant’s resignation is received prior to 14 days of the workshop start date, he or she will owe 50% of the tuition. In the event the applicant’s resignation is received prior to seven days of the workshop start date, he or she will owe 80% of the tuition. In the event the applicant’s resignation is received within seven days of the workshop start date or later, he or she will owe the full tuition.
